Account Deletion
We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request the permanent deletion of your WayTree account and all associated data at any time.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone
Once your account is deleted, all your data including contacts, photos, voice notes, and AI-generated summaries will be permanently removed from our systems.
What will be deleted
- 👤Your account profile and login credentials
- 📸All contact photos and voice notes you have captured
- 🤖AI-generated contact summaries and notes
- 🔔Follow-up reminders and notification settings
- 📊Usage history and app preferences
- 📧Email address and any associated personal information
What may be retained
We may retain the following for legal or operational purposes:
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you.
- Transaction records required by law (e.g., billing records for the legally required retention period).
- Backup copies for up to 30 days before permanent removal from all systems.
How to delete your account
Delete from within the app
Open the WayTree app → Go to Settings → Tap Account → Select Delete Account → Confirm your decision. Your account will be scheduled for deletion immediately.
Request via email
Send an email to support@fuzionest.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered email address. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation once complete.
Deletion timeline
Request received
Your deletion request is logged and your account is immediately deactivated. You will no longer be able to log in.
Data removal begins
Your personal data, contacts, photos, and voice notes are removed from active databases.
Complete deletion
All remaining data including backups is permanently and irreversibly deleted. A confirmation email is sent to you.
